Minimum order of $100 is required to have the online system submit and process your order, in special circumstance your order is under minimum requirement, you should call your sales rep to make a order.

Company Policy

We at Go New Wireless, strive to offer our valued customers high quality products at the lowest price possible. Highly appreciate our patrons assisting us to achieve this goal by carefully reading our company policy before making purchase.

Shipping Discrepancies:

Customers are to inform Go New Wireless of any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours from the date of receipt. Go New Wireless will not be responsible for shipping discrepancies reported beyond the specific period.

Warranty:

Any defective merchandise should be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase. No other warranties including merchandability or salability are implied or expressed. Proof of purchase including original purchase date is required for all warranty claims. Go New Wireless will gladly accept the return of defective products and give the customer full within the above specified time and terms. this warranty does not apply to products damaged through misuse, handing, alterations, or repair.

Return

All warranty returns must be approved in advance by Go New Wireless and must have the original Package, the original sales and with freight prepaid. Freight collect or billing for freight on returns will not be accepted. Unless the return is defective products, shipping charges will not be refunded. Go New Wireless is not responsible for, nor will Go New Wireless accept as a return product that was not originally purchased from Go New Wireless.

Refused Shipments:

The customer who refuses a shipped order and returns it to Go New Wireless without advanced approval be Go New Wireless will be billed for all shipping charges plus a 30% restocking fee.

Restock

In the event that the customer has a very special reason other than quality defect to return the product, we may sympathtic consideration. if the return is accepted, a restocking fee will be apllied. Returns are subject to 40% credit will be granted for return beyond 120 days from the purchase date.
